Happy Friday Everyone!

2024 MONTHLY ASSESSMENTS

Please keep in mind, effective January 1, 2024, the monthly Association assessment for each unit has changed. Please review the 2024 Budget to determine what your new payment is and make the appropriate adjustment. This is especially important if you utilize your bank’s bill pay option, as it most likely requires manual change. If you have set up automatic payments set up through Action’s Resident Portal, the amount that is withdrawn will automatically update.  Please contact Management if you need any assistance locating your new assessment amount at mcasillas@actionlife.com.

CANYON ENCAMPMENT – UPDATE

I have some good news to share with the community pertaining to the homeless encampment located in the canyon area. All our efforts and patience has paid off as we received a report from the “San Diego Get it Done App” on Wednesday December 6th that an officer visited the location and reported situation was no longer present. Approximately 85% of the debris was cleaned up, Management input a separate ticket into the San Diego Get it Done App requesting for the remainder of the debris in the canyon area to be removed.

PET WASTE

As a reminder to all residents with pets, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.

Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.

TRASH CHUTE

Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard material down the trash chute.  Doing so may result in extra costs to Coral Tree Plaza.

BEST PRACTICES

It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3. Also, please make sure when disposing of any material it is tightly sealed in a plastic bag to prevent loose debris from blowing around and littering CTP campus.

WORKING HOURS – IN UNIT IMPROVEMENTS

Working hours for any approved in unit improvements are limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. No construction work/drilling is permitted on weekends or on holidays. Please submit any in unit improvements that requires an Architectural Application to Management for review, if you are unsure what items require approval or need an application, please email mcasillas@actionlife.com.

Noise can travel very easily throughout the building. Whenever you need to hang anything up or do any work in your unit, it is best to do this during normal working hours. Please be sure your workers have been notified and observe the rules at all times. Thank you!
