Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday December 1, 2023

Happy Friday Everyone!

GARAGE SPEED & HEADLIGHTS

The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of pedestrians and the mirror mounted to the exterior of the garage rampway entrance for blind spots.

Please be mindful of the signage stating, “Incoming Cars Have Right of Way, Slow 5MPH”.

HOLIDAY DECORATIONS

The Rules and Regulations on page 12 state “Holiday lighting at Christmas/Hanukkah season is permitted with the exception that no lights will be positioned to shine onto/into any other unit in either 3634 or 3635 building. Decorations must be removed by January 15th.” 

Be mindful when you are putting up your lights. Sometimes the brightly colored and “festive” LED light strips can actually be quite bright and shine directly into another unit. So please do your best to be mindful of this. Make sure that none of your lights are draping down from your balcony into the view of your neighbor below. 

If and when you are taking a Christmas tree up to your unit, please make sure the tree is wrapped in plastic and please clean up any mess you leave in the wake of the tree, cameras do not lie.

MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS

Please be mindful and courtesy with regard to voice levels, pet noises, unnecessary noises and boisterous conduct while within and around the Association Property or which can be heard outside your Residential Unit. Keep down the volume of radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc. that generate noise. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours.

Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 10:00P.M. and 8:00 A.M. City Ordinance. Be aware that balcony noise carries long distances.            Thank you!!!

2023 HOLIDAY GIFT FUND

At the end of the year, Owners and Residents are asked to make a contribution to the Coral Tree Plaza Holiday Gift Fund to show appreciation. The suggested contribution from residents is $150. Please note, this is only a suggested amount and any contribution made will be greatly appreciated. If you would like to contribute, please do so by Tuesday, December 12, 2023. This gift will be divided amongst all four (4) staff members and can be dropped off at the Management Office. You may provide a gift fund by check or with an email provided, I may bill your HOA account.

Please make sure check payable is made to “Coral Tree Plaza Owners Association” and write, “Gift Fund” in memo line. Check may be dropped off with Management or mailed to:
