WASTE DISPOSAL

As a reminder for this Holiday Season, cooking grease is one of the major causes of residential sewer main clogs, the grease clings to the insides of the pipes and causes blockage. When disposing of cooking oil/grease, an efficient way of doing so is pouring the grease into aluminum foil and disposing of it directly in the trash. Please do not place items in the garbage disposal that do not break down well, these items can cause water backups in your pipes which may result in water damage, such as: bones, coffee grounds, eggshells, onion skins, potato peels, pasta, rice & grease.

Management, cleaning personnel and building engineer will not be on site Thursday, November 23, 2023, and Friday, November 24, 2023 in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. 2023 HOLIDAY GIFT FUND

At the end of the year, Owners and Residents are asked to make a contribution to the Coral Tree Plaza Holiday Gift Fund to show appreciation. The suggested contribution from residents is $100 – $150. Please note, this is only a suggested amount and any contribution made will be greatly appreciated. If you would like to contribute, please do so by Tuesday, December 12, 2023. This gift will be divided amongst all four (4) staff members and can be dropped off at the Management Office. You may provide a gift fund by check or with an email provided, I may bill your HOA account.

Please make sure check payable is made to “Coral Tree Plaza Owners Association” and write, “Gift Fund” in memo line. Check may be dropped off with Management or mailed to:
