Annual Meeting Results

The association met on Wednesday November 15th to review the ballots cast for the annual meeting and the election of the Board of Directors. Bob Bing, Nancy Farnan and Richard Spero were elected and will be serving on the Board for a two-year term length. Below is the official ballot tally which will be posted on the bulletin board.

RESULTS OF ELECTION/REPORT TO THE MEMBERS

Your Association’s Annual Meeting of the Members was held on Wednesday, October 19, 2022. The Election of Directors was completed. Two Directors were elected to serve two-year terms.

FITNESS ROOM – REPAIRS PERFORMED

Thank you for your patience while Premier Fitness performed the repairs to the elliptical and treadmill. Both machines are now operating and available for your use. As a reminder, please turn off the lights in the fitness room and fan when you are finished with your work out session.

GENERATOR REPAIR – RESCHEDULED        

Coral Tree Plaza’s Generator Vendor, Global Power rescheduled the installation of the re-built Fuel Injection Pump due to unforeseen events, for Tuesday November 22, 2023.
