Happy Friday Everyone!
ANNUAL MEETING – DON’T FORGET TO VOTE!
There are a few ways to vote. Owners may elect to either mail in their ballot, deliver it to Management office or bring it to the Clubhouse prior to the Annual Meeting scheduled for Wednesday November 15, 2023 at 5:30PM. The Annual Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse and Zoom will also be available. Ace Inspectors will officiate our election whether it is mailed or brought in person.
COOLING TOWER – OUT OF SERVICE
The cooling tower will be drained on Wednesday November 15th at 9AM, due to a resident required to replace their exclusive usage, supply and return valves to their HVAC within their unit. San Diego Mechanical Energy will be on site to drain the cooling tower and re-fill once the valve replacement is complete.
During this time, the Chiller will not be functioning until the water supply to the cooling tower has been replenished. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Management: Mcasillas@actionlife.com.
FITNESS EQUIPMENT REPAIR
Fitness vendor (Premier Fitness) is tentatively scheduled to be on site Tuesday November 14th to perform repairs on the treadmill and elliptical machine. Management appreciates your patience while we were waiting for the parts to arrive.
GENERATOR REPAIR – UPDATE
Coral Tree Plaza’s Generator Vendor, Global Power rescheduled the installation of the re-built Fuel Injection Pump due to their technician calling in sick. Global Power is rescheduled for Thursday November 16, 2023, at 9AM.
