ANNUAL MEETING – DON’T FORGET TO VOTE!
There are a few ways to vote. Owners may elect to either mail in their ballot, deliver to Management office or take it to the Clubhouse during the Annual Meeting scheduled for Wednesday November 15, 2023, from 5:00PM – 5:30PM. The Annual Meeting will be held in the Clubhouse and Zoom will also be available. Ace Inspectors will officiate our election whether it is mailed or brought in person.
CANYON ENCAMPMENT (HOMELESS)
You may have noticed a homeless encampment located in CTP’s canyon (property line). Management has called the non-emergency and was directed to place a report under the San Diego Get It Done App. The ticket has been placed well over a month, if you would like to assist with this request to move it along faster, you can also input a ticket item and reference report #04430390.

ELEVATOR CAB #1 – REPAIRS
In recent months we have been having many elevator service calls on one specific elevator (cab #1). Since Management performed a complete diagnostic with elevator vendor (24 Hour Elevator), we have not had service call since. The billing invoices had come in and was quite noticeable that the consistent issue was with elevator #1. Management worked with our vendor and came to an understanding that the right thing to do was to provide Coral Tree Plaza with credit for the next billing statement.
