FITNESS ROOM EQUIPMENT REPAIRS

There are two (2) fitness equipment machines that are currently pending repair, the treadmill and elliptical. Our vendor “Premier Fitness” has notified me parts for repair have been ordered more than a month ago from the manufacturer and as soon as the parts arrive the repair will be scheduled ASAP. Thank you for your patience!

GARAGE SPEED & HEADLIGHTS

The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of the mirror mounted to the exterior of the garage entrance for blind spots.

Please be mindful of the signage stating, “Incoming Cars Have Right of Way, Slow 5MPH”.

2023 SAN DIEGO MUSIC HALL FO FAME – INDUCTEE (MIKE WOFFORD)

In today’s newspaper (San Diego Union Tribune) there’s an announcement that Mike Wofford is being inducted into the San Diego Music Hall of Fame. Mike was the former music editor of Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaugh. He has collaborated with John Lennon, Dizzy Gillespie, B.B. King, the Jackson 5, Joan Baez and of course, his wife acclaimed jazz flutist Holly Hoffman.

GUEST SUITE RENTAL

Did you know Cora Tree Plaza has three (3) guest suites available to rent 365 days out of the year? These rooms are available for residents of CTP to rent for your guests at a minimal cost of $80 per night and $65 dollars for every night after, up to six (6) nights in total. Each guest suite comes equipped with two (2) twin beds, TV (Wi-Fi), stand up shower, side table and closet area. Please keep in mind when renting the rooms, you must bring your own bedding, pillows, towel, toiletries, glasses / cups, etc.

The guest suites are available on a first come first serve basis, an application must be filled out and presented to Management to guarantee your specific dates with the refundable deposit of You may obtain an application through the owner portal or from Management, please contact Management if you would like to review a room before renting or if you have any general questions.
