MOBILE GENERATOR – UPDATE
The mobile generator parked on the parking apron will stay on site until Coral Tree’s Generator is fully operational. Global Power is leaving the mobile generator on site, at no extra cost to Coral Tree Plaza as parts took longer than expected and wants to ensure Coral Tree Plaza has emergency power in the event of a power outage.
As soon as the (re-built) fuel injection pump is installed, a date will be scheduled with Global Power to perform the inspection and run the Generator.
FIRE ALARM PANEL UPGRADE – EAST (3635)
East building’s Fire Panel system is ready to be upgraded as the West Fire Panel upgrade and Fire Horn Install was performed and inspected by the city for completion. A&D Fire will be on site Monday October 23rd & Tuesday October 24th to install a new fire control panel, fire alarm communicator and common area fire alarm devices that tie into the new fire panel.
The new panel will be installed on the exterior of the stairwell of the East building where the existing panel is located and in the parking garage “Fire Control Room”. There will be minimal noise during the installation, and I have confirmed no alarms will go off. After completion of the new fire panels, A&D Fire will begin setting up a schedule with Management for the installation of new Fire Horns in each unit.
OCTOBER BOARD MEETING – RESCHEDULED
A Board Meeting will not be held this month and will be rescheduled for November. Management will provide the November Board Meeting information as soon as the meeting date is confirmed. Thank you!
