GENERATOR REPAIR – NEW UPDATE

As previously mentioned in recent newsletters, Global Power was on site Tuesday October 10, 2023 to run the generator and perform an overall inspection. While running the generator, Global Power noticed the generator was misfiring and found it was due to a failed Fuel Injection Pump which pumps fuel into the injectors. Global Power removed the Fuel injection Pump and sent out to be re-built for our Generator.

Global Power is expecting the part to arrive in approximately two (2) weeks and will schedule the repair ASAP.

BALCONIES & POTTED PLANTS

Water and other liquids applied to plants, objects, floor, or walls must be applied in such a manner that no liquids drip off the balcony or patio. Pots, planters, and containers must be kept in waterproof saucers.

No objects of any kind may be thrown, shaken, or swept off balconies. Please be mindful of your neighboring unit and their belongings. Thank you!

ADVICE:

Anchor anything which might blow off or fall off your balcony.

RULE:

Close umbrellas when not in use.

GARAGE SPEED & HEADLIGHTS

The speed limit in the garage is 5 miles per hour. Please drive slowly and safely when in the garage, as people may be walking to and from their parked vehicles. Also, when pulling out of the garage please use caution and be mindful of the two mirrors mounted to the exterior of the garage entrance for blind spots.

Per the Coral Tree Rules & Regulations:

“All drivers must maintain safe and proper speeds and observe a maximum speed of 5 miles per hour while driving in the Parking Garage. There may be blind spots present. It is recommended that your headlights be turned on while driving in the Parking Garage.”

PET WASTE

As a reminder to all residents with pets, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.

Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.
