SAVE THE DATE!!! – FALL FESTIVAL – SUNDAY OCTOBER 1, 2023
The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a Fall Festival for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Sunday October 1, 2023. Please mark your calendars and SAVE THE DATE!
Further information will be provided for the Fall Festival Event. Thank you!
CHILLER REPAIR UPDATE
The chiller is operational and is pending three (3) repairs to different parts of the system. One (1) of the two (2) compressors is working at a reduced capacity to prevent the chiller from turning off automatically, this will affect the cooling temperature coming from the chiller to your exclusive usage HVAC unit. The part for repair is expected to arrive early October and will be installed ASAP to get the second compressor back online. As soon as this repair is made, we will lower the temperature to the chiller back to normal.
There will be two (2) repairs to the chiller performed on Thursday September 28th & Friday September 29th. The chiller will not be operational for these two days.
The first repair, San Diego Mechanical Energy will resurface the condenser and apply an epoxy coating.
The second repair, San Diego Mechanical Energy will repair the three areas leaking coolant from the chiller.
POOL SHOWER
The pool shower’s water heater has been replaced, providing better pressure and warm water. Please make sure you are rinsing before and after you enter/exit the pool/jacuzzi. Also, please make sure you fully dry off before entering the lobby area, as water tracked into the building could cause a potential slip hazard. Thank you!
