Happy Friday Everyone!
GENERATOR REPAIR UPDATE – RESCHEDULED
The generator repair has been rescheduled due to an unforeseen event and will be performed on Tuesday September 12th and Wednesday September 13th. As soon as repairs are made, the generator will be turned on to ensure proper function. Please keep in mind, the generator can be loud while in use.
ELEVATOR #1 REPAIR (WEST BUIDLING)
Thank you for your patience while 24 Hour Elevator acquires the part required to perform the repair to Elevator #1 located in the West building. The repair is scheduled to be performed on Wednesday September 13, 2023. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
DESIGNATED FLOOR CAPTAIN
How well do you know your neighbors? In the event of an emergency, it would be safe practice to have a dedicated Captain and Co-Captain on each floor (if possible) that is willing to check on your neighbors in the event of an emergency. Having an Emergency Contact list for the Fire Department to know what units require assistance is great to have, but it would be more helpful to share your contact information with your friendly neighbor(s).
This is a simple and effective way to ensure you and your neighbors have a system in place.
SAVE THE DATE!!! – FALL FESTIVAL – SUNDAY OCTOBER 1, 2023
The Social Committee has been actively working on planning a Fall Festival for the residents of Coral Tree Plaza and is scheduled to be held on Sunday October 1, 2023. Please mark your calendars and SAVE THE DATE!
Further information will be provided for the Fall Festival Event. Thank you!
EAST & WEST FRONT BUILDING PLANTERS
You may have noticed both planters located out front of the East and West building as you walk towards the street have been dug up and dirt placed on a burlap on the adjacent planter. This is due to a leak being detected from both dry standpipes, A&D Fire will be coming out next week to further test and inspect where the water leak is coming from when the dry standpipes are pressurized. These repairs are related to Fire Life Safety and is a requirement to have repaired per, the 5 Year Fire Inspection.
