Happy Friday Everyone!
LABOR DAY – MANAGEMENT OFFICE CLOSED
The Management Office will be closed on Monday, September 4, 2023in observance of Labor Day. We wish you all a happy and safe holiday weekend!
For urgent matters please call 800-400-2284.
GENERATOR REPAIR UPDATE
As you may know of the mobile generator was placed on the parking apron due to the potential damage Hurricane Hillary posed to San Diego County. Luckily there was no power outage, but we were prepared for the worst, and I’d like to thank the Board for all their assistance.
The mobile generator will stay on the parking apron until the repair to the generator is performed, the repair is tentatively scheduled for Thursday September 8th & Friday September 9th.
Management will provide further information on this matter.
COMMON AREA SMOKE DETECTORS
Did you know there are two (2) common area smoke detectors per floor? These smoke detectors are very important to the community for fire life safety and they have a life span of 10-Years. It has been recently noticed the smoke detectors are beginning to sound off when they fail. Engineering has begun inspecting each sensor on every floor that nears its end lifespan for replacement. The Fire Department has been called out a few times as a false alarm due to the common area smoke detector alarm going off due to failure.
If a smoke detector does fail, and it is a weekend, we do not have on-site staff back again until Monday morning to perform the replacement. In the event of an Emergency, please call the Action Emergency line (800)400-2284.
MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS (PET NOISE)
Please be mindful and courtesy with regard to voice levels, pet noises, unnecessary noises and boisterous conduct while within and around the Association Property or which can be heard outside your Residential Unit and Pet Retreat. Keep down the volume of radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc. that generate noise. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours.
Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 10:00P.M. and 8:00 A.M. City Ordinance. Be aware that balcony and pet noise carries long distances. Thank you!!!
“There is joy in work. There is no happiness except in the realization that we have accomplished something.”
