FIRE HORN – CITY INSPECTION (WEST BUILDING ONLY)
As you may recall, A&D Fire recently performed the Fire Horn installation in the West building three (3) weeks ago. The City of San Diego is required to perform an in-unit inspection for the West (3634) building to ensure the Fire Horns were installed correctly and sound off. The city, as you may know is not the easiest to schedule inspections with. I have been given two (2) inspection dates, Tuesday August 1st, and Wednesday August 2nd. The city will provide A&D Fire & Management with the time slot they will be arriving on the morning of the inspection.
The city inspector mentioned it will take approximately five (5) minutes or less in each unit and appreciates everyone’s cooperation so they may move quickly throughout the building. In the event the inspection cannot be performed in one (1) day, the City inspector will be required to come back on Wednesday August 2nd. Please follow up with Management to let me know if you will be home for this inspection or if we may use the key on file.
POOL DECK UMBRELLA – REPLACED
A new outdoor pool umbrella was purchased as a replacement for the tabletop located on the pool deck for your enjoyability during these warmer months. The umbrella does have tilt capability and hand crank to easily open and close the umbrella. Please make sure to close the umbrella and tie a knot with the two lines around the umbrella after each use. Thank you!
