TUESDAY JULY 4^th – MANAGEMENT OFFICE CLOSED

The Management Office will be closed on Tuesday July 4^th in observance of Independence Day.  We wish you all a happy and safe holiday weekend!

I have spoken with the contractors working in each unit and they have confirmed with me that they are not planning on doing any work in observance of the Holiday. If you should need to get in touch with someone for an emergency (flood, fire, leak, etc.) please contact the after-hours line at (800) 400-2284.

CARPET CLEANING

Starting on Monday July 10^th – Friday July 14^th Carpet Cleaning Kings will be onsite to perform a deep clean to the hallways of both buildings, elevator landings in the parking garage, and the clubhouse flooring. Jesse and his crew will be cleaning both the carpeted hallways and the tiled hallways. They will start in the East building on the upper-level floors and work their way down to the first floor, repeating this same process in the West building and finishing in the Clubhouse.

ABOVE GROUND PARKING APRON

Lately cars are parking in the above-ground lot overnight. I’d like to remind everyone that if you have a long-term guest, who is staying overnight, they must park down below in the guest parking spaces located on P1. The above-ground lot is for the use of daytime guests who are visiting for shorter periods. The lot needs to have some open spaces and availability for the caretakers who work overnight shifts. They are here to assist some residents in the evening, who are unable to let them into the parking garage. Please remind any guests to the property that they must park on P1. Thank you!
