A&D FIRE – FIRE HORN INSTALL (WEST BUILDING)

Management is picking up where we left off on the Fire Alarm System Upgrade as we have one more part of the project to complete for the West Building.

This project is to replace the in-unit fire alarm horns in each unit and hallway. A&D Fire will require access to every unit multiple times throughout your scheduled day to ensure the Fire Horns sync with the Fire Panel.

The Fire Horn install is scheduled to begin at 9AM on Tuesday, June 13^th – Thursday, June 15^th and each day will require access into different Unit stacks.

Tuesday June 13^th – A, B, F & G

Wednesday June 14^th – C, D, G & H

Thursday June 15^th – E, F, H & Hallways

If you will not be home during the installation, please notify Management for permission to use the Emergency Key we have on file. This is a very important installation to be performed for the community and would appreciate it if you could send me a message to let me know if you will be home or if I could use the key on file. GARAGE GATE – DO NOT RUSH!!!

The parking garage gate recently sustained some damage due to a resident rushing the garage gate while closing and side swiped the gate causing the wheel to lift off the track system.  The garage gate was stuck in the open position until a tech arrived the next morning which does create a safety concern for the community. Please refrain from rushing the gate and take the time to use your garage remote / fob to ensure the gate is open for you to enter / exit.

Any damage(s) sustained to the garage gate will be billed to the resident responsible.

SAN DIEGO ROCK & ROLL MARATHON

The San Diego Rock & Roll Annual Marathon is scheduled for (this weekend) Saturday, June 3, 2023 & Sunday, June 4, 2023.  General Manager, Marco Casillas has been training for the past few months and will be running his First Marathon (26.2 miles)!

Most road closures and detours on Sunday will be in effect between the hours of 5:30am and 3:30pm. By 5:30am, Police and event personnel will implement a soft closure along the entire race route. The marathon and half marathon both begin at 6:15AM. The streets will reopen on a rolling basis as soon as the last participant has passed and all course support materials have been removed.

Please review the road closure grid and course map for more information. Residents and businesses located near the racecourse are urged to plan ahead, be aware of road closure schedules and alternate access routes.
