Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday, May 26, 2023

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.

MANAGEMENT OFFICE CLOSED – MONDAY MAY 29th

The Management Office will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2023 in observance of Memorial Day. We wish you all a happy and safe holiday weekend!

GARAGE POWER SWEEP – TUESDAY MAY 30TH

Beginning Tuesday May 30, 2023 between the hours of 9AM – 4PM, PMS will be power sweeping all levels of the parking garage, all stairwells and bike room.

To make this garage cleaning as effective as possible the less cars in the garage the easier, if your vehicle is not moved PMS will work carefully around your vehicle.  

TRASH CHUTE CLEANING – WEDNESDAY MAY 31st

Power washing of the trash chutes has been scheduled for Wednesday May 31, 2023 between the hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM. In order for this service to be completed in safe and timely manner, trash chutes will be inaccessible to residents during this time.  

If you were unable to discard of your trash before the commencement of cleaning, please place the trash in the refuse room floor next to the chutes and cleaning staff will dispose of the trash once the service has been completed. As a reminder, if you have any cleaning service or guests, please let them know as well.

GENERATOR LOAD TEST – THURSDAY JUNE 1st

The repair to the Generator and the Annual Generator Load Test is scheduled to be performed on Thursday June 1, 2023 at approximately 9:00AM by Global Power. This Load Test will be performed on our Generator to make sure in the event of another Power Outage, the Generator will turn on and work as intended. You do not have to worry about any failures to our fob system or any other building components.

The Generator will be running up to three (3) hours and will be noisy, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PET WASTE

As a reminder to all residents with pets, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.

Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.

MINDFUL OF NOISE LEVELS

Please be mindful and courtesy with regard to voice levels, pet noises, unnecessary noises and boisterous conduct while within the Association Property or which can be heard outside your Residential Unit. Keep down the volume of radios, televisions, musical instruments, etc. that generate noise. Household appliances and power tools are sources of noise and should be operated at reasonable hours.

Particular attention should be paid to minimizing any sounds emanating from your unit between 11:00P.M. and 8:00 A.M. City Ordinance. Be aware that balcony noise carries long distances. Thank you!!!
