Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday, April 28, 2023
Happy Friday Everyone!
Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.
GENERATOR LOAD TEST – MONDAY, MAY 1, 2023
The Annual Generator Load Test is scheduled to be performed on Monday, May 1, 2023 at approximately 9:45AM by Global Power. This Load Test will be performed on our Generator to make sure in the event of another Power Outage, the Generator will turn on and work as intended. You do not have to worry about any failures to our fob system or any other building components.
The Generator will be running up to three (3) hours and will be noisy, we do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Management: mcasillas@actionlife.com
BREAK DOWN YOUR BOXES!
Breaking down cardboard waste is very important, please DO NOT place cardboard material down the trash chute. By doing so, may result in extra costs to Coral Tree.
It is best practice to break cardboard boxes down to optimize the space in the recyclable container(s) located in the parking garage levels P1 – P3.
FURNITURE DELIVERIES
As a reminder, please coordinate any furniture deliveries with General Manager, Marco Casillas. This is to ensure the service elevator is padded for your delivery. Deliveries must be scheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and are allowed Monday – Saturday between the hours of 8AM – 5PM. Sundays and Holidays are not permitted.
EMERGENCY KEY
Do you have emergency key on-file with Management? It is very important to have an emergency key on file with the building. During an emergency situation, Management may be required to gain access to your unit. In the unlikely event that a key is not on file, your door may sustain damage from forced entry. Please note that this is an Owner expense and can be very costly. Emergency keys are not used for the purpose of letting guests or personal workers in. Owners must make separate arrangements for these situations including calling a locksmith.
“Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.”
