Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday, April 21, 2023
Happy Friday Everyone!
Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.
COOLING TOWER REPAIR – TUESDAY, APRIL 25, 2023
As a reminder, the Cooling Tower repair is scheduled on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, between the hours of 8AM – 5PM to replace the Fan Shaft Rotating Assembly. With the warmer months on the way, we wanted to get this repair performed ASAP while the temperature is still cool out. While this repair is being performed, there will be no water circulating from the Chiller to the Cooling Tower.
You may ask, what does this mean? This means, you will have no water to your exclusive usage HVAC system located in your unit, please do not turn on your AC during the time of repair. When our mechanical vendor (San Diego Mechanical Energy) charges the system back up and confirms normal operation, I will send an email out notifying you the repair is complete. Please be advised, there will be a one (1) hour reboot time.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Management: Mcasillas@actionlife.com
PARKING SPACES & STORAGE LOCKERS – STORED ITEMS NOT PERMITTED
Management has performed a garage & storage room inspection and noticed quite a bit of items that are not permitted to be stored in your parking space and on top of your storage locker. Please take the time this weekend to remove the items that do not belong in your parking space and on top of your storage your storage locker. You may dispose of any unwanted items in the Dumpster located on the parking apron between both towers, the roll away dumpster will be removed the morning of Monday, April 24, 2023.
Per the Associations CC&R’s, Article VI, Section 15 – “No storage of any kind is allowed in parking stalls, except household carts, oil-absorbent mats/pads and convertible hard tops. Any other items left in parking stalls may be removed without prior notice”.
PAINT DISPOSAL @ SHIRWIN WILLIAMS
Do you have paint cans that you would like to get rid of? Sherwin Williams located in El Cajon (3301 El Cajon Blvd) will take the paint from you as long as the paint can is not leaking, and the original label is on the paint can. Sherwin Williams will accept up to 20 gallons total per person, if you have any questions for them, please feel free to call (619) 280-5290.
PETS OFF LEASH
Pets off-leash pose a potential threat to other dogs and owners. Pet owners are required to keep their pets on leash any time they step out of their unit. Anyone seen in the common area without a leash on their pet will receive a violation notice which can result in fines. These are the rules of the Coral Tree Plaza and they are in place to protect all the pets and owners involved. Please take responsibility for your animal(s) and ensure they are properly leashed when on CTP property.
PET WASTE
As a reminder to all residents with pets, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.
Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.
