Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday, April 7, 2023
Happy Friday Everyone!
Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.
CLUB HOUSE LIBRARY
Did you know there is quite a book collection located in the Club House? You are more than able to take a book from the bookshelf as long as you do return the book in a timely fashion. If you would like to add to the book collection, you are more than able to bring down books you think your fellow neighbors may enjoy.
Please do not add any textbooks or books that include bad language, nudity and politics. Thank you!
DESIGNATED FLOOR LEADER
How well do you know your neighbors? In the event of an emergency, it would be safe practice to have a dedicated Captain and Co-Captain on each floor or every other floor (if possible) that is willing to check on your neighbors. Having an Emergency Contact list located in the Fire Control Room for the Fire Fighters to know who needs assistance is great to have, it would be even better to share your email or contact with your neighbors. This is a simple and effective way to ensure you and your neighbors have a system in place.
This is not mandatory and is only a suggestion due to the recent SDG&E Power Outage.
DUMPSTER NOTICE
The time is finally here! Global Disposal and Coral Tree Plaza have been able to schedule a large dumpster that will be dropped off on Tuesday, April 18th and picked up on Monday, April 24th. The dumpster is going to be placed on the parking apron between both towers.
When dumping items you are no longer interested in using, please make sure you are throwing away the correct material. The association will incur costs if the wrong materials are dumped, please refrain from throwing away items such as electronic waste (old phones, computers, tv, etc.), paint cans, or any related hazardous materials.
If you have questions about what can and cannot be thrown away, please send me an email with the details and I will let you know if it can be thrown into the dumpster.
If you have something too big and/or heavy to throw into the dumpster yourself, please leave it next to the dumpster in the parking lot and Victor will throw it into the dumpster.
SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING
While it is Management’s goal to be the first to catch maintenance issues, minor items may sometimes be missed. If you notice anything that may be off, please do not hesitate to report to Management via email. I greatly appreciate the extra eyes and ears and any notification about the building that the staff might not observe 24/7.
RESIDENTIAL PORTAL – UNIT OWNERS
Did you know that you can access your HOA documents and perform automatic payments through the Resident Portal? Each owner has the ability to review financials, minutes and view weekly updates on the homeowner vivo portal. If you have not signed up for an account, please feel free to do so by visiting https://resident.actionlife.com.
If you have any issues with logging in or need your Account #, please contact Management.
