Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday, March 24, 2023

Happy Friday Everyone!

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.

CALL BOXE EAST & WEST (OUT OF SERVICE)

It was brought to Managements attention that the Call Box for East & West Tower’s are not functioning. I have been on the phone with Cox for a few hours trying to trouble shoot and get the callboxes operational. Unfortunately, we were not successful, I have set up to have a cox technician arrive the morning of Monday, March 27th.

During this time, please note the call boxes will not be operational. If you have any guests or perishable deliveries, please advice them to call you directly versus using the callbox. As soon as the callboxes are operational, I will send out an email. 

FITNESS ROOM – ELLIPCTICAL MACHINE (OUT OF SERVICE)

The elliptical machine in the fitness room is currently out of service due to the bearing coming off the track system. Our fitness vendor “Premier Fitness” was contacted and will be onsite next week to perform the necessary repairs. Management appreciates your patience during the down time.

GARAGE GATE REPAIR

You may have noticed our garage vendor House of Automation on site today working on the garage gate. The reason for having House of Automation on site is to replace the old wiring with new from the operating panel to both eye sensors. This repair will correct the gate sensor issue we have been having which would lead to the garage gate being stuck in the open position. 

PET POLICY

As a reminder to all residents with pets, you are responsible for your animal and any pet waste that they may leave in the common area. Pet owners may not permit their animals to urinate on the planters or anywhere in the common area other than in the dog run.

Owners found responsible for allowing their pets to defecate or urinate in the common area other than the dog run may be subject to the violations process which can include fines to the owner.

SD MARATHON – SUNDAY, MARCH 26, 2023

The Annual San Diego Half Marathon/10K/5K is scheduled for this Sunday, March 26, 2023. On race day, please follow the direction of San Diego Police Special Event Traffic Controllers in the following communities: Port of San Diego, Liberty Station, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Mission Hills, Hillcrest, Park West/Bankers Hill, Uptown, & Gaslamp Quarter. You may encounter traffic delays in these areas between the hours of 6 am – 12 pm. The impacted roads will have a rolling reopening, meaning sections of the course will be reopened to normal traffic as the last participants pass through and the San Diego Police Department deems it safe to reopen to normal traffic.
