PARKING SPACES – STORED ITEMS
Management has performed a garage inspection and noticed quite a bit of items that are not permitted to be stored in your parking spaces such as cardboard boxes, wooden crates, scooters, etc.
Please remove all items that are not allowed to be stored in your parking space per the Associations CC&R’s, Article VI, Section 15 – “No storage of any kind is allowed in parking stalls, except household carts, oil-absorbent mats/pads and convertible hard tops. Any other items left in parking stalls may be removed without prior notice”.
