PARKING GARAGE STRUCTURAL REPAIR UPDATE       

Sothern Cross & Paramount began the structural repairs in parking levels P1 – P3 on Monday, February

6, 2023. As of the second week, they have completed the following:

Week 1:

• Mobilization and Set-up
• Concrete Repair
• X-Ray for Reinforcing

Week 2:

• Relocate Shoring
• Steel Support Installation

During the time of construction, there will be loud noise, vibration from drilling and vendors working on-site in the parking garage. Traffic cones and caution tape will be used for certain areas of the garage to block off zones and parking spaces.

Management asks you to please use caution while driving through the parking garage.

MANAGEMENT OFFICE CLOSED

The Management Office will be closed on Monday, February 21, 2023 in observance of Presidents Day.
