Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update – Friday, February 10, 2023
Happy Friday Everyone!
Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.
WORKING HOURS – IN UNIT IMPROVEMENTS
Working hours for any approved in unit improvements are limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. No construction work/drilling is permitted on weekends or on holidays. Please submit any in unit improvements that requires an Architectural Application to Management for review, if you are unsure what items require approval or need an application, please email mcasillas@actionlife.com.
Noise can travel very easily throughout the building. Whenever you need to hang anything up or do any work in your unit, it is best to do this during normal working hours.
Please be sure your workers have been notified and observe the rules at all times. Thank you!
MOVE IN / OUT
For any move ins/outs & please schedule with General Manager, Marco Casillas at least one week prior to move-in/out date, for guard service and elevator preparation. A Security Guard is mandatory at the residents expense for a cost of $170 for a four (4) hour minimum.
Move-Ins/Outs must take place between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday-Saturday. No moves may take place on Sundays or Holidays. There are no exceptions.
Management requires for the Move In / Move Out Agreement Form to be filled out and returned. If you need a copy of the agreement form, please email mcasillas@actionlife.com.
DELIVERIES
Large deliveries can be scheduled with Management for usage of the padded elevator within 24 hours / one business day.
PARKING GARAGE STRUCTURAL REPAIR UPDATE
Sothern Cross & Paramount began the structural repairs in parking levels P1 – P3 on Monday, February
6, 2023. As of the first week, they have completed the following:
- Mobilization and set-up of materials
- Concrete repair
- X-ray for reinforcing
During the time of construction, there will be loud noise and vendors working on-site in the parking garage. Traffic cones and caution tape will be used for certain areas of the garage to block off zones and parking spaces.
Management asks you to please use caution while driving through the parking garage.
