Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Everyone.

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community. 

Property Management Agreements:

If you have a property manager who handles your unit, including leases, maintenance repairs, and more, you must have a current signed property management agreement on file. This has not been an issue at Coral Tree, but other properties that Action manages have had difficulty lately with obtaining current property management agreements for individual units. Without one on file, the property manager of your unit cannot legally authorize work to be done on your unit by the association or even grant access to your unit. So please remember that if you are switching to a different property manager or have converted your home into a rental unit, send a copy of the agreement to me and I will upload it to your resident file so that your manager has the authority needed to maintain your unit. 

Hobby Shop Keys:

A few different owners have approached me lately inquiring about the hobby shop and access to it. Some folks may not know but back in 2019, we re-keyed the lock to the hobby shop for security reasons. The square silver-looking Medeco key that you use to get into your storage units or the garage from the pool, will not work on the hobby shop door. Instead, you need a gold Schlage key. If you do not have one you can pick one up from my office. I have just ordered more for interested homeowners. 

Meeting Next Week:

November can sometimes be a tricky month for the Board to meet and go over association business. Typically they meet on the last Wednesday of each month, but in November that means prepping for the meeting during the week of Thanksgiving and many homeowners are even out of town during the last two weeks of the month. Given this, the Board is going to be meeting on November 10th in the Executive session at 2:00 pm and the Open session at 3:00 pm. So on Thursday next week, the Board will hold their meetings.
