Chiller Not Working?:
This week I received a few different phone calls asking if the chiller was not working. Each time either Victor or I went down to the parking garage to inspect the chiller. We photographed the status screen on the chiller and verified it with our chiller maintenance company. They informed us each time that the chiller was operational and was pushing out the chilled water throughout both buildings. That being said we have heard from more than one resident that there seems to be an issue with folks getting their unit cooler than the mid to high 70s. Now that the demand for the chiller is lower than it was just a few months ago during the summer, homeowners will usually be able to cool their unit to the lower 70s without issue. Because of the feedback from the ownership we have asked for preventative and investigative maintenance on the chiller to find out if something is going on and why some owners aren’t getting cool enough air.
Pool Sediment:
Some of you may have noticed that this week and last week there was sediment collecting at the bottom of the pool. It looked almost as if someone sprinkled dirt into the pool and it collected at the bottom. Typically we see a nice spotless pool, so this was out of the ordinary. Pool Beautiful came out to take a look and they replaced the circulation pump for the spa and the pool. They have said that this will stop the collection of sediment that’s been hanging out at the bottom of the pool.
