Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Everyone.

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.

Kitchen Stack Cleanout – West Building:

Please remember that starting on Monday next week, the Pro-Tec Plumbing crew will be onsite to conduct kitchen stack cleanouts in the West building units. To make the cleanout process easier for the crew and to expedite the work on-site, there are a few things you can do. Please review the below schedule, if you are listed as a unit that will be accessed for cleanout, please remove all personal items from under the kitchen sink that is around the cleanout.

Plumbers will be cabling from units on floors 2, 7, 12, and 15.

Monday: Stacks A and D

Tuesday: Stacks B and C

Wednesday: Stack E and return to any units that need additional attention.

Storage Locker Items:

This week Victor and I found several items outside of the storage lockers in the parking garage. Please remember to keep your items stored inside your locker at all times. Large items are not to be left out in the walkway of the storage locker area. If there were ever to be an accident or an emergency, residents need to be able to pass through the walkways of the storage lockers without obstruction. Victor removed multiple small end tables, a rug, a filing cabinet, storage drawers, and more from the storage locker, all of which were out in the walkway of the area.

Leak Prevention:

Running the dishwasher or the dryer is pretty much a day-to-day essential part of keeping up your home. But did you know that when you run an appliance while not home, you run the risk of possibly having a flooded unit to come home to? Last week a unit was running their washer while they were home and they discovered their washer was leaking down into the units below. Had they not made the discovery so quickly and stopped the flow of water, there could have been significant damage to their unit and the units below. So if you are going to run an appliance, especially one like the dishwasher or the washing machine, please consider doing so when you are going to be home and able to take keep an eye on the appliance.

Board Meeting Next Week:

As a friendly reminder to everyone, the Board of Directors meets next week on Wednesday via Zoom. They are going to meet on the 31st at 5:30 pm in Open Session. The Zoom meeting info is below.
