Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Everyone.

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.

Balcony Decorations:

Multiple units at the association have put up neon light strips on their balconies, which shine brightly at night. Please see the Rules and Regulations which refer to balcony decorations which state:

“Holiday lighting at Christmas/Hanukkah season is permitted with the exception that no lights will be positioned to shine onto/into any other unit in either 3634 or 3635 building. Decorations must be removed by January 15th.” (Pg. 12 Rules and Regulations).

The bright light strips are shining into other units and complaints have been registered with the onsite office. Please remove all exterior lights following the Rules and Regulations.

Garage Exit Lighting:

The lights at the top of the garage ramp have been out for multiple weeks. The light bulbs were replaced and we discovered that the circuit was disconnected, explaining why the lights were not functioning. This has been repaired and the lights are expected to function once again. They have been tested and are currently functional. The mirrors in the garage and at the top of the ramp have since been adjusted as well to assist drivers within the garage when turning blind corners. As a friendly reminder, not everyone can see you when you are driving up or down the garage so please be cautious and drive slowly to protect those around you and your neighbors.

Above Ground Parking:

Lately, more and more cars are parking in the above-ground lot overnight. I’d like to remind everyone that if you have a long-term guest, who is staying overnight, they must park down below in the guest parking spaces. The above-ground lot is for the use of daytime guests who are visiting for shorter periods. The lot needs to have some open spaces and availability for the caretakers who work overnight shifts. They are here to assist some residents in the evening, who are unable to let them into the parking garage. So please be aware of this and remind any guests to the property that they must park below. While it may be a shorter walk to the building from the above-ground parking lot, it’s unfair to the people who genuinely need those parking spaces.
