Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Everyone.

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.

Lost Item:

This week a good Samaritan dropped off a set of keys in my office. I have not yet been able to track down who the keys belong to. If you or someone you know is missing a set of keys, please have them contact the onsite office with a description of the keys to get them back. If you ever come across an item at the property, please feel free to bring it to the onsite office so that I can try to track down the owner of the item. Thank you to the owner who brought the keys to the office and contributed to making this place feel like a community.

Onsite Office Hours:

This week the Senior Manager assigned to Coral Tree Plaza changed from Kelly Thomson to the new manager Mimi Stansberry. Mimi will be filling in for me onsite while I am out of town for my wedding. I will be out of the office and unreachable from June 27^th to July 6^th and returning to work on July 7^th. Victor and Maria are going to be performing business as usual and will also pitch in to help out Mimi in case she needs anything.

Unit Remodel:

Beginning on June 27^th unit 7A in the West building will begin a remodel of their unit that was approved by the architectural committee. The renovation will begin with abatement which can at times be loud. For all those who work from home and need to have a quiet work environment, you are welcome to work from the inside of the clubhouse, please make any arrangements necessary so that the unit can begin with its remodel without any stoppages.
