Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.

Above Ground Lot Painting:

Thank you to everyone who cleared out the parking lot on Wednesday morning. Victor and the team power washed both entrances and then also painted the parking lot lines. The cement parking guides were also painted. As previously noted the association is waiting on SDG&E to resurface the lot from when it was cut into during the gas line refitting in the fall of 2021.

Pets Off Leash:

Pets off-leash pose a potential threat to other dogs and owners. Even if the pet is nonaggressive, pets can leave behind waste when not being carefully watched and it opens up a liability for the association. Pet owners are required to keep their pets on leash any time they step out of their unit. Anyone seen in the common area without a leash on their pet will receive a violation notice which can result in fines. These are the rules of the association and they are in place to protect all the pets and owners involved. Please take responsibility for your animal and ensure they are properly leashed when on CTP property.
