Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Everyone.

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.

Control Valve Calibration:

Pro-Tec Plumbing was onsite again this week to finish up the calibration of the control valves for both the East and West buildings. The East building was properly calibrated, both the hot and cold pressures are set and any prior temperature fluctuations that owners were experiencing in the building will likely subside with the calibration. During the calibration for the West building, Pro-Tec discovered a small pinhole leak in the high-pressure side of the hot water supply. This type of pinhole leak happens within the valve, so there isn’t water collecting on the floor, but it does mean that there is a loss of pressure on the hot supply line. Pro-Tec was able to adjust the valves enough to the point where there will be consistent hot water pressure, but it will still fluctuate slightly until the rebuilding of the ACVs can be completed. I have already begun scheduling that work with Pro-Tec and will make sure that it happens as efficiently as possible.

Roll-Away Dumpster:

You have asked and we have answered. It’s time for spring cleaning here at Coral Tree Plaza. The roll-away dumpster is coming on Tuesday next week in the morning. The dumpster will be onsite from Tuesday to Friday of next week. So take some time this weekend to clean out your closets and get rid of any unwanted items. Consider taking any donatable items to Father Joe’s or Goodwill. All items thrown in the roll-away dumpster are considered trash and will not be donated. As a friendly reminder, things like electronics, paint, raw materials, and mattresses can’t be thrown away in the dumpster. Those are items that can’t be taken away in the dumpster. I will schedule an electronic waste pickup at a later date.
