Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update
Happy Friday Everyone.
Hello Coral Tree Plaza Community.
Thank you all for the kind wishes on the upcoming nuptials. I feel very grateful to the community and everyone who had such loving words to send. I am looking forward to this next chapter in my life and I have gratitude for all of you.
Office Closed Next Friday:
Just as I was out the past two days, I will be out again next week on Friday. The office will be closed. If you should need anything during that time, please feel free to reach out to the Action customer care line or send me an email and I will get back to you on Monday, March 14th.
East Promenade Gate:
The promenade gate on the East side nearest the East building entrance is not unlatching when key fobs are swiped. It appears that the fob reader is no longer signaling the latch to open. The gate is still operational from the inside of the promenade by using the push bar. I have called for service on this but it will not be addressed until next week.
Garage Gate Clickers:
Our garage gate clicker saga continues. While I was out of the office yesterday, CRB came onside and moved the gate clicker box to the interior of the garage gate. This was an approved job by the Board of Directors to stop any vandalism in the future. The job entailed removing the box, running the conduit, and mounting the control box on the inside of the garage past the gate. Although I was not here onsite it is my understanding that they tested the garage gate with clickers a few different times. However this morning I have received reports that the garage clickers are not working. I have once again called CRB to come out and make repairs to the garage gate. This repair is not likely to take long. It is going to be fixed next week. Please continue using your fob for the weekend to scan into the parking garage.
Tennis Court Lights:
In his seemingly infinite list of skills, Victor was able to repair the tennis court lights. They are operational again and can be used for those who wish to play at night. I will take the chance to again remind people that the lights have to be turned off when you are done playing. We have ordered a timer for the lights, but it is proving to be a more intensive job than originally thought. The wiring for the tennis court lights is very old and the antiquated wiring/system doesn’t bode well with light timers. So we are working to get these two systems merged so that the lights are on a timer. For the time being, please just make a mental note whenever you are playing tennis at night that the lights need to go off when you leave.
