Just a few quick early week updates for the community.

Tennis Court-

It appears that the tennis court lights are no longer turning on. The control box for the tennis court lights sits adjacent to the gate clicker control box that was vandalized last week. We believe that the downed lights has something to do with the damage to the gate clicker box last week. Victor is working on repairs today. It may require further repairs from our electrician but we will do our best to get them back up and running as efficiently as possible.

Pool-

Thank goodness some good news! The Pentair technicians came out yesterday and they made repairs to the pool. The sensor on the heater had burnt out. This is not an uncommon problem for pool heaters. Pentair made a full repair, the pool is either already back up to 85.5 by the time you read this email or it will be back up to operational temperature by the close of business today. Thank you to all who have patiently waited while we get the pool heater back online.

Gate Clickers-

CRB came out yesterday to take a look at the callbox for the West building, while they were here I asked them to look at the gate clicker situation. The clickers are working for some residents but not for others for no apparent reason. After looking into the issue, CRB found that when the new panel was installed on Friday last week, some gate clickers were deactivated from the system. So if one of your clickers works and the other does not, it means that it was probably inadvertently deactivated during the repair last week. To reactivate your clicker, I will just need you to send me an email with the gate clicker number that is not functioning, I can then reprogram it into the system and it should work. If you are not sure how to locate the number on your gate clicker you can send me a photo of the front and the back of the gate clicker, or schedule a time to stop by the office to show me the clicker.

Onsite Office-

As a reminder, I will be out of the office tomorrow and Wednesday. Next week I will be out of the office on Friday. This week and next are filled with bachelor and bachelorette parties for myself and my fiancé Sarah. Thank you all in advance for your understanding of my time off!
