Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza

In-Person Town Hall Next Week!:

The time has come my friends. For us to meet again in person. Some faces may be new, some familiar, but all of them, your neighbors. On Tuesday, July 13th from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm the association is holding a town hall to answer any questions about the CCC&R amendment ballot measures, in person, in the clubhouse! Members of the Board will be in attendance to present and answer questions. Food and beverages are also going to be available for anyone wishing to attend. Similar to the reminders/requests around town, we do ask that if you are not vaccinated, please wear a mask to the meeting. If you are fully vaccinated, you are not required to wear a mask. Of course, this is all very new to us and it’s been over a year since the association last gathered in person. Please take this at your pace and if that means wearing a mask to the meeting and being fully vaccinated, you are encouraged to do so. Any questions about the meeting can be directed to me just by replying to this email.

Trash Chute Cleaning:

Starting next week ProTec Janitorial Services will be out to deep clean the trash chutes. The crew doing the work in the trash chutes will quite literally have the top half of their body inside of the trash chute scraping off gunk from the inside of the chute. This means that under no circumstance can you throw trash down the chute between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. ProTec is going to caution tape off all of the trash room doors and leave notes on the doors in the morning reminding everyone not to use the trash chute. If you see the caution tape up, do not rip it down. This happened last year when we were working on putting epoxy flooring in the dumper trash room. So be a pal, remember that hardworking people are scraping out the trash chute, and please do not throw anything down. We will start in the West building on Monday and Tuesday, then work in the East building on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday is going to be an extra day in case additional work is needed or the crew falls behind schedule. I will keep everyone updated on the status of the trash chute cleaning. Perhaps we may even have cool “before” and “after” photos to look at.

Fob Audit:

Thank you to all who sent me fob information this week. It was great to hear from so many of you on the first go-round. It’s always nice to know that folks are reading these emails and I am not just shouting into the void of cyberspace. It would truly be a shame for anyone to miss my comedic timing and humor that goes out every week via email.

For those who have not yet had the opportunity to send me a list of the fob numbers that you have, please consider doing so this week. You can email them to me, write them down and drop them off, or you can bring all the fobs you have and meet with me onsite in the office. Whatever you prefer, I just need the digits!

As a reminder, this is the information and format I am looking for with the numbers-

Name:

Unit:

Fob Number(s):

“Beauty is the only thing that time cannot harm. Philosophies fall away like sand, creeds follow one another, but what is beautiful is a joy for all seasons, a possession for all eternity.”
