Coral Tree Plaza Pet of the Month – Fetty:
I know it is a little late but better late than never! This month’s pet is Fetty. He is a West building resident new to Coral Tree Plaza. He enjoys hanging out with his owners on the couch, adventuring to the patio, and dressing up in the occasional hat when the mood strikes. Please see the attached photos to take a look at Fetty!
Dryer Vent Cleaning:
It is truly unfortunate that some companies were not able to get through the pandemic and were forced to shut down. Thankfully that is NOT the case with Vent Pros. Your very favorite and beloved dryer vent cleaners are still around and kicking. Vent Pros is going to come out on August 12th and 13th to clean dryer vents. If you are interested in hiring Vent Pros to clean out your dryer vents, please sign up for a discounted cleaning. Typically it costs about $159 per unit to have the dryer vent cleaned out, Vent Pros is offering their services for $89 per unit! They will work in the West building on August 12th and in the East building on August 13th. If this sounds awesome to you, here are the instructions for signing up:
1. Log on to www.ventpros.com
2. Click on the “HOA’s Book Now” tab at the top right of the home page
3. Select “Coral Tree HOA”
4. Click on August, then click on the 12th or 13th
5. Select your time slot, fill in the address, phone number, and other information.
6. In the “Additional Info” area, put any special requests or tenant info, etc.
Electronic Waste Pickup August 16th:
The last time that we had an electronic waste pickup was in December of last year. Since then, the state of California has changed its regulations and requirements for electronic waste pickups. It is now required that each owner interested in disposing of their e-waste sign up individually for the pickup. There is no cost associated with this service from Global, it is part of our annual contract with them. But we are now required to have sign-ups. If you would like to have your electronic waste picked up on August 16th, please follow the following steps to sign up for the pickup.
1. Log on to www.globaldisposal.com
2. Click on “Event Sign-Up” at the top of the page
3. Search for “Coral Tree Plaza” in the search bar
4. Select “Sign Up” and fill out the form.
No Meeting Next Week:
Typically we have our monthly meeting on the last Wednesday of the month. Due to scheduling conflicts, we will be having the meeting on August 4th the first week of August. Many of us are on summer travel schedules, including the board members. Because they are some of the hardest working folks at the property and deserve to get away from time to time. Due to travel schedules, we are going to hold this meeting via Zoom. The Board does plan on continuing the in-person meetings for the most part, but also will incorporate Zoom meetings when appropriate.
