Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update
Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza
Neighborhood Reminder: After Hours Work
This week I received a few notices from owners about after-hours work being done inside of units. This was not work being completed by a contractor but a homeowner. With the amount of noise going on during the building each day, it can be quite difficult to find a moment of peace. So please be aware of your neighbors, after 5:00 pm there should be no more hammering, drilling, scraping, etc. Similarly, please be considerate if you are rising early to take a morning fitness class from your living room. Not everyone is an early bird, some enjoy hitting the snooze button but don’t enjoy you hitting your movement goal before 7:00 am. So just as a general reminder, try to keep in mind that your neighbors left, right, above, and below may not appreciate certain noises during certain times of the day.
Covid Protocols:
San Diego remains in the purple tier concerning COVID. Meaning that restrictions are still very much in place throughout the county. Coral Tree Plaza is no different. At this time we are not reopening the guest suites, the clubhouse, or the gym. Similarly, please continue to wear a mask and socially distance yourself from others. I know that many residents in the community have been able to get vaccinated which is fantastic. However, there are still plenty who are not yet eligible, such as the onsite team. We want to continue protecting and caring for the community. So for your neighbors and the onsite staff, please continue to follow the CDC guidelines and wear your mask.
Don’t Forget Your Dues:
Please remember that your monthly assessment is due by Monday the 15th. If you have not yet paid, please consider paying online through the resident portal. For those who are not able to access the portal, payment can also be made over the phone through Action’s third-party payment processing partner Revo. Simply call (949) 214-4890 and follow along with the guided system to submit payment. Of course, you can also always drop a check off through the mail slot in my office door inside the clubhouse.
