Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update
Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza
Neighborhood Reminder: Keep it Clean
They say that man’s best friend is a dog. But a property manager’s best friend is a clean property. This week I have started noticing that some residents are not picking up after their dog. During the past few days alone, some dog owners have not picked up after their dog in the dog run and even down in the garage. Please remember to pick up after your pooch anytime you are out with your pet. If you run out of dog bags, we keep them fully stocked in the dog run. When your furry friend is in the dog run and playing around, please keep an eye on them. If you are sitting on your phone you may be missing out on an opportunity to pick up after your fido. If a guest or visitor is taking your dog outside, please also ask them to be courteous and pick up after their dog. Our landscapers work extremely hard to keep the property in tip-top shape, please don’t ask them to clean up after your dog.
Office Closed 2/15:
Action Property Management will be observing Presidents’ Day on February 15th. The onsite office will be closed. For emergencies, please call the after-hours line if you should need an immediate response. You can reach the after-hours line at (800) 400-2284. For all other non-emergent inquiries, please email me directly. I will be back at work starting on Tuesday. As a friendly reminder, please call or email me before coming to the office. For both your safety and mine.
East Building Kitchen Stack Jetting:
As I emailed last week, the Board has approved to jet the East building kitchen stacks for preventative maintenance. This is to ensure that the investment each homeowner made during the plumbing project is protected and maintained. So starting on February 22nd and going through February 26th, Pro-Tec Plumbing will be onsite and clearing out the plumbing lines. They will be working on one stack per day with an extra day for any follow-ups.
As a note for all residents: you can do your part by refraining from pouring down any grease, coffee grinds, or food particles (such as bread and pasta). From time to time also consider cleaning your pipes by using baking soda and vinegar- this is an all0natural and safe cleaner that will clean out the lines without damaging them. We can all do our part to protect the investment Coral Tree made during the plumbing project. The Board will continue to approve preventative maintenance, and you can help by keeping your lines clean!
