Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Residents!

Neighborhood Reminder: Sanitize Those Hands

As a friendly reminder, we are still amid a global pandemic. Justin has double-checked the hand sanitizing stations throughout the property this week. We are keeping these restocked so that they are available to residents at all times. Please remember to use them and please also remember to wipe down any chairs or lounges on the promenade or at the pool. We must all continue to be vigilant by wearing masks and sanitizing hands as well as surfaces.

Garage Speed Bumps:

Some of you may have noticed that the old speed bump areas in the garage have been ground down and leveled. During a recent property inspection, it was noted that these could pose a safety hazard if anyone were to trip on the old concrete that was not flat. Justin and Antonio ground these down and leveled out the areas in the garage to prevent any possible hazards.

Trash Room Epoxy:

We have finally come to the final stage of the trash room work. So far we have been able to replace the water damaged drywall with a water-resistant board. PMS has come in and deep cleaned the trash rooms with a power wash and scrub. This week Justin leveled the floor of the trash rooms. Next week on Thursday, September 10th Justin and Antonio are going to pour a commercial grade epoxy down in the trash rooms and paint up the walls slightly. This epoxy is waterproof, and it will allow Justin and Maria to spray down the trash rooms frequently and clean the trash rooms with ease. The hope is to keep the smells from the trash room at bay, especially during these hot weekends. Additionally, I am working to secure the association with new dumpsters as well.

So on Thursday, September 10th the trash chutes will be closed. The dumpsters will be wheeled out to the area directly outside of the trash rooms so that any residents who need to throw away a trash can still access the dumpsters.

“We cannot change anything until we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses.”

Stay safe.
