Hello Coral Tree Plaza Residents!
Neighborhood Reminder: Recycling
Over the past few weekends, the janitorial team has found cardboard boxes inside the recycling bins. As a reminder, please break down the recycling boxes and slide them behind the bin. This opens up much more space inside of the bins for other materials to be recycled. Even with our weekend janitorial services taking out the recycling bins, if they are filled with boxes, it takes up space for other owners to recycle their items. Additionally, if you have a larger item that needs to be thrown away and it will not fit in the trash chute, please do not throw it away in the trash bins in the garage. Contact the office to schedule a pickup of the item, a member of the onsite team will take the large item and place it in the dumpster.
Dog Areas:
When taking out your dog, please remember to keep them on a leash and please do not allow them to urinate directly out front of the building or on the planters out front of the building. The dog run is the correct location to allow your animal to urinate. When they do so directly out front of the entrance of the building it can begin to smell. Justin will powerwash the entrances on Monday, please do your part and take your animal(s) to the dog run. If you should need a key, we have them in the office, your common area square key will give you access to the dog run.
Board Meeting:
The Board of Directors will meet on September 30th at 5:30 pm in Open Session. For any residents who wish to call in or need any assistance with Zoom, please send me an email and I would be happy to walk you through the process or provide any additional tips that may be helpful. For the time being, the Board will continue to meet remotely until it is safe for everyone to meet back in the clubhouse again. Here are the details for the meeting, please contact me for the password by Tuesday at 3:00 pm if you would like to join the meeting.

Storage Lockers:
I am conducting an audit of the storage lockers and confirming the master list of storage locker assignments given to me from previous managers and maintenance technicians. I need assistance from each owner to confirm which storage locker belongs to who. Once these are confirmed, we will be updating the tags on each locker.
Please confirm your storage locker by emailing me and telling me which storage locker are you are in, and the locker number painted on the floor directly in front of your locker. Your participation is greatly appreciated.
