Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update
Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza
Hello Coral Tree Plaza Residents!
Neighborhood Reminder: Spa Remains Closed
A few residents have continued to ask about the Spa and whether or not it remains closed. After reviewing the San Diego County Reopening Guidelines, it’s clear that the association must continue to keep the spa closed. Until the county authorizes properties to reopen spas, it will remain closed. Some may notice that we refreshed the caution tape at the spa. Please do not take down the spa caution tape. The county has also mandated that spas continue to have water in them and be chemically treated. An empty spa is a fall hazard. The spa water heater has been turned off for the time being. Once the spa can reopen, I will send out a notice to the association. Thank you all for understanding.
Onsite Hours:
Thank you all for your well wishes as I have been recovering from my medical leave. I am happy to be back at the property full time. I am back and available onsite for anything that the association needs. The office is once again open. I do ask that anyone wishing to meet with me please wear a mask and stand on the designated space outside my office. I have placed a marker outside the door of my office for residents to stand on so that we may safely communicate from a distance.
Board Meeting:
The Board of Directors will meet on September 30th at 5:30 pm in Open Session. I will send out the details of the Zoom link in the weekly update next week. For any residents who wish to call in or need any assistance with Zoom, please send me an email and I would be happy to walk you through the process or provide any additional tips that may be helpful. For the time being, the Board will continue to meet remotely until it is safe for everyone to meet back in the clubhouse again. As a note- the annual meeting will also be held remotely. Details for that meeting will be sent out at a later date.
Balcony Etiquette:
As per usual for San Diego, we have warm weather and wonderful amounts of sunshine. Many residents enjoy spending time out on their balconies. Other residents also like to keep plants out on their balcony which they may do. But please do not overwater your plants, the water does drip down to any balconies below you. So to keep your neighbors dry, do not overwater your plants, and also remember that any plants out on the balcony must have a drip tray underneath them.
Zoom Meetings District 3:
Please see the attached flyer regarding an upcoming discussion with City Council Candidates Stephen Whitburn and Toni Duran regarding the Hillcrest Area and District 3.
“Everything that is made beautiful and fair and lovely is made for the eye of one who sees.”

Stay safe.
