Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Residents!

Neighborhood Reminder: Pool Furniture

Several residents have raised questions asking why the pool furniture is not out at the pool and why the lounge chairs are in the clubhouse. This is because the pool furniture has been strategically placed throughout the property. To meet the county guidelines to keep the pool open, the association must encourage residents to use it just for swimming and not encourage residents to gather at the pool. Additionally, the white plastic pool furniture that is at the pool is far easier to clean and wipe down after each use. Please keep all pool furniture and promenade furniture in their designated sections.

East Lobby Window Tint:

The windows in the East lobby were set to be tinted last week and have taken some time to complete. During the tinting process, the technicians came up against the difficulty of the heatwave. High levels of heat that heat the windows make it very difficult for the tint to adhere. This resulted in the glazing company re-doing the windows several times. New tint has been ordered and the final installation of tint on the windows in the East lobby is expected to be complete next week.

“The best way out is always through.”

Stay safe.
