Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update

Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza

Hello Coral Tree Plaza Residents!

Neighborhood Reminder: Masks in Elevator

In the email update last week I mentioned the importance of wearing a mask in the elevator. As we all know, the elevators are not big enough for people to socially distance themselves when in the cab. So whenever possible, please ride the elevator alone or with someone who lives in your unit with you. Please be patient when waiting for the elevator.

Experts have said that the most effective way to ride in an elevator and limit COVID exposure is to wear a mask, limit touchpoints (consider pressing the buttons with your knuckle), and to not talk when inside the cab. Everyone must wear their mask when in the elevator, this is a small area that cannot be ventilated or open all the time, limiting droplets is very important. During the weekends, PMS Janitorial continues to clean the touchpoints on the property, but the best prevention from spreading COVID is you.

Refurbished Pool Furniture:

Quality Interiors dropped off our recently refurbished pool furniture. They have also taken away the remaining furniture to be refurbished. This was a cost-effective way for the association to redo the pool furniture without purchasing all new furniture. The pool furniture has been moved back up to the promenade for residents to use to enjoy the sun and outdoors. The two lounge chairs have been placed upon the promenade for anyone interested in sunbathing. The lounge chairs are not to be put down at the pool. Coral Tree Plaza has specifically opened the pool for swimming.

West Building Call Box Update:

The call box is still not operational in the West building. The manufacturer is working on repairs to the motherboard of the callbox. Once these repairs are made, the board will be sent back to CRB Security and then installed on-site. As soon as the callbox is back up and running, I will send out a notification to the building.

Trash Room Repairs Update:

Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we have worked to repair the trash chute areas in the trash rooms. This week, JJ&S abated the water damaged area. ProTec Construction is putting waterproof drywall back in and reinstalling the trash chute door on the first floor. We anticipate finishing this project on Monday. The trash chutes are available for use all weekend. Thank you again for working with the team as we get this damaged area repaired.
