Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update
Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza
Friendly Neighbor Reminder: Recycling Etiquette
This week Justin noticed a significant amount of trash bags in the recycling bins when he was taking them out to the curb. Justin and Antonio had to sift through the recycling to pull out the trash bags and empty the contents back into the recycling bins. Please help us cut down on the time that Justin spends going through everyone’s recycling. This is not the best use of time and it not a safe practice. If you see a neighbor recycling with trash bags, please kindly remind them that they cannot put the bag itself into the container.
Pool Closure:
As we went over earlier this week, the pool has been closed. This is due to the mandate that has come from the County. The Board of Directors has met and conferred that it is in the association’s best interest to adhere to the County directives. However, the Board and I will continue to communicate with the County. When possible, we will re-open the pool for the community. Do not enter the pool area unless you are traveling from the promenade down to the garage or the garage to the promenade. Please do not gather at the pool.
Plumbing Info Request:
Immediately following this email, you will receive another email from me about the plumbing at Coral Tree Plaza. I am asking for your help and feedback about the plumbing here at CTP. If you could please, read the email and take a moment to respond, I would greatly appreciate any and all assistance that you can offer.
Maintenance Update:
Antonio, Justin, and Victor worked on site this week for a variety of different projects. Antonio and Justin replaced the trim in both lobbies, they also installed another batch of handles in the West building stairwell doors. Victor and Justin installed exhaust fans in the bathrooms of the clubhouse. Justin also assisted Pipe Trades to replace the ball valve underneath one of the planters in the promenade to stop a leak.
