Coral Tree Plaza Weekly Update
Happy Friday Coral Tree Plaza
Hello Coral Tree Plaza Residents!
Neighborhood Reminder: Annual Meeting Votes Needed
As a friendly reminder, the annual meeting of the board of directors is on October 21st. There are two positions open on the board and two candidates running. Please remember that the association still must meet the quorum requirement to be able to hold the annual meeting on the 21st. The quorum count number for the annual meeting is 63 ballots. Presently we only have 20 ballots turned in. Please feel free to drop off your ballot at my office through the mail slot if I am not around when you stop by. If not enough ballots are received, the association must schedule another annual meeting date with a lower quorum count. If you have misplaced your Coral Tree Plaza ballot, send me an email and I will send you another ballot in the mail.
Justin Worthington:
Justin has become a great addition to the Coral Tree Plaza onsite team and we have been very lucky to have him working with us since December of 2019. Justin has become interested in pursuing a career as an electrician and has accepted a position at Black Hawk Electric. His last day onsite will be October 16th. If you see him onsite feel free to express your gratitude as he has helped the association on countless occasions, including after-hours and weekend calls. We look forward to seeing his success in all future endeavors. Victor Perez will be taking over the onsite building engineer for the time being.
Fire Panel and Fire Alarm Inspection:
Over the coming weeks’ System Specialist will be working onsite to consolidate the two fire alarm panels in the West SDG&E room into one master panel. In order to do this will need to test the fire alarms periodically. I will send out notifications to each building when the tests are happening. The original panel must be transferred over to the new panel so that it does not report off of two different panels. This will keep the association safe and also make testing the system easier in the future.
Coral Tree Plaza Mask Rules:
As a reminder to all residents, masks MUST be worn when onsite. Anytime anybody is on Coral Tree Plaza property a face covering is absolutely required. Recently I have received reports that visitors and residents are not wearing masks inside of the elevators. The elevators are a small enclosed space and any person riding in them has to have a mask on at all times. If a visitor is coming to see you, please brief them on the rules and regulations of the association, including the COVID-19 protocol.

Stay safe.
