Justin Worthington:
As many of you know, today is Justin’s last day on site. He has been an excellent addition to the Coral Tree Plaza onsite team. His leadership and expertise have gone far with various projects throughout the community. Justin will continue his work with Black Hawk Electric here in San Diego. We wish him all the best. Starting on Monday, Victor Perez will be working on-site as the building engineer. Victor has been working as the secondary onsite on Fridays for the past 8 months. He has extensive HVAC knowledge and knows the building extremely well. Victor will be the onsite building engineer until a full-time replacement can be made for the community. I will send out further details once the new building engineer has been selected for the association.
Contractors Onsite:
As a reminder to owners, please know that you are responsible for the behavior of all guests and vendors brought to your unit. Lately, contractors working in units have been tracking dirt throughout the hallways and through the lobby. Maria typically will mop up the lobbies once per day, but with all of the dirt that is being dragged through the lobbies, she is cleaning them more like three or four times a day. This takes time away from cleaning the halls and various other parts of the property. Please ensure that any vendors who are working in your unit are laying down something to protect the carpet and/or tile when they are coming and going to the unit.

Stay safe.
