Dear Coral Tree Plaza Resident(s),

It’s hard to believe this, but we are actually at the end of the year. At times it seemed like 2020 would never end like we would all live inside our homes forever. But I must say, that this community has persevered through the pandemic in a way, unlike any other San Diego community. Action has recognized the quick reaction of the COVID-19 response committee and modeled much of their pandemic response behavior off of how this association has taken up the charge of keeping the community safe.

As we enter the end of the year I have received a few emails from residents asking for the first and last names of the onsite team so that owners can thank them for their hard work this year.

Victor Perez is our onsite building engineer who started with the association back in December of 2019. He worked as our part time building engineer while Justin worked at Coral Tree Plaza for most of this year. Since Justin accepted another job as an apprentice electrician, Victor has since transitioned to our full time building engineer.

Maria Guizar is our janitorial porter. Maria started with Coral Tree Plaza in September of 2019. She works full time onsite Monday through Friday and starting this year she has been working on Saturday and Sunday to keep up with the COVID-19 cleaning demands.

We are exceptionally lucky to have such a dedicated team and I feel honored to be able to work alongside them both.
