Carpet Cleaning:

On September 16-20^th the Carpet Cleaner Kings will be out to clean the carpets throughout the building. They will be cleaning the hallway carpets along with the landings in the garages next to the elevators. Please mark your calendar for the upcoming cleaning and ensure that no items are left out in the hallways.

Guest Parking:

As a reminder to everyone, guest parking in the above ground lot is for daytime visitors. This lot is restricted just to visitors of the community who are visiting during normal business hours. There is to be no parking overnight whatsoever. If your guest is going to be parking a vehicle at Coral Tree Plaza overnight, please have them park in the guest parking in the garage. Vehicles parked in guest parking in the garage must belong to guests that are visiting the association.
